Reopening of registration: (for those who have not yet completed registration.)
We are pleased to announce that registration for Japan Nash Hash 2026 will reopen on the date below. Please note that only a limited number of spots are available. If multiple slots are registered under the same name, any slots beyond the first will be invalid. We appreciate your understanding.

2.Information on payment methods: (for those who have completed registration)
ATTENTION: Please note that we are currently not accepting participation fee payments via PayPal. We will send you an email with payment instructions at a later date. Please review the details in that email and proceed with the payment accordingly.
Participants who have already completed the registration process (excluding those who have already made payment), as well as those who complete registration after it reopens, will be sent an email at a later date with updated payment methods and detailed instructions on how to complete the participation fee payment. Kindly wait for this latest email and follow updated instructions provided to proceed with your payment
Applicants who registered via the English form and have a Japanese bank account may switch their payment method to a domestic bank transfer within Japan. If you wish to do so, please contact us.
Please note that bank transfers from overseas banks are strictly prohibited, as the receiving bank is unable to process such transactions. We will not be able to provide any support in the event of issues arising from international transfers.

Japan Nash Hash 2026 Participation Agreement and Waiver of Liability
I hereby acknowledge that I voluntarily participate in Japan Nash Hash 2026 (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”) and fully understand and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Refund and Cancellation of the Event
I agree that, once my participation registration has been completed, no refund of the participation fee shall be made for any reason whatsoever.
I further agree that any transfer or assignment of a paid participation slot to a third party shall be carried out solely at my own responsibility, and that the organizers of the Event (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizers”) shall bear no liability whatsoever in connection with such transfer or assignment. I also agree that, in the event of any change of participant, I shall notify the Organizers in advance, and that such change shall be valid only upon the Organizers’ approval.
I acknowledge and agree that the Event may be cancelled, postponed, or modified, in whole or in part, due to force majeure circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizers, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters such as earthquakes or typhoons, pandemics, war, terrorism, governmental or municipal requests or restrictions, changes in social or economic conditions, or at the sole discretion of the Organizers for safety, operational, or other reasons. I further agree that I shall not make any claim against the Organizers for damages, or any other compensation arising out of or in connection with such cancellation, postponement, or modification of the Event. -
Understanding of Risks
I understand that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, weather changes, encountering hazardous wildlife, and unforeseen accidents, which may result in injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. -
Participation at My Own Risk
I confirm that I am in good physical condition and capable of participating in the Event, and that I do so entirely at my own risk and responsibility. -
Release and Waiver of Claims (Including Family Members and Representatives)
I agree that I shall not make any claim for damages or pursue any other liability against the Organizers, venue providers, or related parties with respect to any accident, injury, illness, permanent disability, death, loss, theft, or any other damage arising during the Event or in connection with the Event, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of such parties. I further acknowledge and agree that my family members, heirs, legal representatives, agents, next of kin, and any other related parties shall likewise waive and release all claims or rights against the Organizers arising from my participation in the Event. -
Consent to Medical Treatment
In the event of injury or illness during the Event, I consent to receiving first aid, emergency medical treatment, or transportation to a medical facility as deemed necessary by the Organizers, and I raise no objection to the outcome of such actions. -
Use of Images and Records
I consent to the use of photographs, videos, names, and records taken during the Event for promotional, reporting, and record-keeping purposes by the Organizers. -
Use and Care of Property and Equipment at the Accommodation
I swear to handle hotel facilities carefully. And I agree to compensate by myself in case of defacement, damage, and misplacement of hotel facilities caused by my actions regardless of whether it is intentional or not. -
Compliance with Event Rules and Regulations
I swear to follow rules and orders defined by the Organizers, and act carefully to prevent causing any troubles with the Organizers, other participants, hotel staff, and residents of local community. And I agree to obey the penalty include expulsion from the Event charged by the Organizers, in case of material violation of the rules.
* In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Japanese and English versions of this document, the Japanese version shall prevail.
Payment of participation fee
Participation Fee:
・JPY 39,000 (Early Bird) / JPY 42,000 (Regular)*
*Payment must be made in Japanese yen via domestic bank transfer within Japan only.
・USD 300 (Early Bird) / USD 310 (Regular)**
**Payment must be made in US dollars via international transfer using Wise or PayPal only.
Early Bird Eligibility: Registration numbers JNH26-001 to JNH26-060
Regular Rate: Registration number JNH26-061 onward
Participants who have completed the registration process will receive an email titled “Payment Instructions” at their registered email address within approximately one week after registration. Please ensure that payment is completed within 7 days of receiving this email.

Points for Your Confirmation
• The participation fee includes accommodation (2 nights, 3 days), beer, 5 meals, souvenirs, and party expenses. Please also refer to this website, including FAQ, for more details regarding the accommodation facilities.
• Any bank transfer or remittance fees must be borne by the applicant.
• Please note that if more than 7 days have passed since receiving the “Payment Instructions” email and the payment cannot be confirmed by the Organizers within a certain period thereafter, your Early Bird eligibility may be forfeited or your registration may be cancelled.
• To prevent any issues, payments from within Japan are limited to bank transfer only. Direct payment to the Mismanagement is not accepted.
• Once your payment has been confirmed, the payment confirmation date will be updated on the Who’s Cumming page. If your payment is not confirmed within one week after completion, please contact us by email.

Important Notice
International transfers to the domestic Japanese bank account specified in the “Payment Instructions” email cannot be accepted.
Transfers to this account are only possible from banks within Japan. Remittances to the bank via international transfer services will be rejected by the system. Please note that we will be unable to investigate any issues arising from such transfer attempts.
If funds are received from overseas to this bank account, any fees associated with the incoming international transfer will be charged separately to the sender.
