About Public Bath

The hotel has separate large public baths for men and women.

Hours of use are 6:00-9:00 and 15:00-23:30.

The hotel is not for private use and there are other guests.

Therefore, bringing beer and mixed bathing are prohibited.

Tattoos are not allowed due to hotel regulations.
Tattooed guests are not allowed to bathe in the public baths. Instead, each room has its own shower.
If you wish to enter the public baths, please prepare your own stickers that will completely cover your tattoos.

Information for those coming by train

The Welcome Run will start at 14:00 on September 21 at Izu Inatori Station.

Registration will begin at 13:00.
Please arrive at Izu Inatori Station by the Odoriko 7 (limited express) arriving at 13:05, the Saphir Odoriko 1 (limited express) arriving at 13:12, or the Izu Kyuko Line (no seat reservation required, local train) arriving at 12:55 or 13:44.

Since Izu is famous for its seafood, you may want to arrive a little early and have lunch at a seafood restaurant near the station.

​

For the return trip on September 23, take the limited express Odoriko at 13:24 or 14:00, or the Izu Kyuko Line (no seat reservation required, local train) at 13:36.

It takes time to purchase a reserved-seat express ticket. 

So we recommend that you make a reservation and purchase it in advance if you are taking the express.
At Izu Inatori Station, there is only one ticket vending machine and one ticket counter (Midori-no-madoguchi ) each.

Information for those coming by car

The Welcome Run will start at Izu Inatori Station and will be an A to B run.

If you are coming by car, please park your car at the hotel parking lot and take the hotel bus to Izu Inatori Station.

The run will start at 14:00, and we have arranged a bus from the hotel to Izu Inatori Station at 13:30. Please arrive at the hotel in time to catch that bus.

The number of people on the bus is limited. Please drop off passengers at Izu Inatori Station and only the driver should go to the hotel.

The time between the station and the hotel is less than 10 minutes by car.


Please note that check-in at the hotel will be after the WelcomeRun. So, please leave any luggage not needed for the run in your car.

Can I buy souvenirs and Hash goods at the Nash Hash venue?

We will prepare items with your Hash Name on them.
Please make sure to check the spelling of your Hash Name (including upper and lower case letters) and the size of your T-shirt on Who's Cumming.
 

If there are any mistakes, please be sure to send us an email by July 10 for correction. (We will not be able to make any changes after that date, as we start preparing items.)

How can I select T-Shirt Size 

Please refer following size table for selecting your T-Shirt size.
The table just shows the size reference. T-Shirt design and color is same across all sizes.

Can I buy souvenirs and Hash goods at the Nash Hash venue?

NashHash will provide several souvenirs for participants. 
In addition, we plan to sell official Nash Hash goods at the party venue. We will also be selling special products from Yamagata, so please use them as souvenirs.

If you would like to sell hash-related goods at the venue, please contact Mismanagment individually.

I would like to plan entertainment of Nash Hash.

If you would like to entertain or perform at Nash Hash, please contact Mismanagement.
​After confirming the contents, we will set a time frame.

transfer of Rego and non-participation

In principle, no refunds will be given in the event of no-show. However, if you notify us of a change in participants, we will accommodate you as follows.

  • MisManagement will not be involved in the negotiation or trade any way, including the exchange of money. Once the parties have reached an agreement, the original applicant should contact MisManagement to inform us of the change, including the new participant(s) in the e-mail address.

  • The HashName of the haberdashery cannot be changed after July 10. If the change is notified after that date, the souvenir will be made in the name of the original applicant.

  • In principle, the T-shirt size will be the same as the size at the time of application, but we can adjust the size as much as possible. Please let us know the size when you change the participants.

  • Souvenirs will be given to participants at the event. No correspondence will be sent by mail.

  • In case if you are unable to participate on the day of the event, we can hand over the Haberdashery to another participant if you contact us before the end of the event. No correspondence will be made after the event.
